When you join a team, your activity data, points, and rankings are visible to your team captain and teammates. This is a core feature of the Platform and is necessary for competitions and leaderboards to function.
If you submit health check-ins, your responses (such as sleep, readiness, and soreness) are visible to your team captain or coach so they can monitor readiness and adjust training. Personal notes you add to a check-in are private to you: they are not visible to your captain, your coaches, or your teammates.
Your name, points, and ranking may be displayed on leaderboards visible to other members of your team or competition participants.
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including hosting, analytics, and customer support services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep your information confidential.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
The Platform offers integration with Strava to sync your running and fitness activities. When you connect your Strava account, we may receive activity data (such as distance, pace, duration, and route information) from Strava, depending on the permissions you grant, in accordance with their API terms. You can disconnect your Strava account at any time through your account settings. Please review Strava's own privacy policy for information about how they handle your data.
The Platform offers integration with WHOOP to sync your workout, recovery, and sleep data. When you connect your WHOOP account, we may receive profile, workout, recovery, sleep, and cycle (strain) data from WHOOP, depending on the permissions you grant, in accordance with their API terms. You can disconnect your WHOOP account at any time through your account settings. Please review WHOOP's own privacy policy for information about how they handle your data.
The Platform offers integration with Oura to sync your activity and readiness data. When you connect your Oura account, we may receive personal profile information, workout data, and daily activity, readiness, and sleep data from Oura, depending on the permissions you grant, in accordance with their API terms. You can disconnect your Oura account at any time through your account settings. Please review Oura's own privacy policy for information about how they handle your data.
The RYVLZ iOS app may offer an optional integration with Apple Health (HealthKit). If it is available and you grant explicit permission through Apple's Health permission screen, the app would read your workouts, sleep, and mindfulness minutes from Apple Health, including data recorded by an Apple Watch, so they can be logged as activities and count toward your team's points. The integration would be read-only: RYVLZ would not write to Apple Health. We would use your health data solely to provide Platform features such as activity logging, points, and leaderboards; we would not use it for advertising or marketing, and we would never sell it. You would be able to stop syncing at any time by disconnecting Apple Health in your account settings, and to revoke the app's access entirely in the Health app on your iPhone (Sharing → Apps → RYVLZ).
We use analytics services to help us understand how users interact with the Platform. These services may collect information about your usage patterns to help us improve the Platform experience.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
