For Captains
Accountability your compliance office can live with.
Captain-led and voluntary. Athletes log on their own, the leaderboard does the accountability, and the coach never assigns a thing. Your team gets the standard without anyone counting hours.
Captain-led
You run it, not the coaching staff. Set the tone, start the competitions, keep the standard.
Voluntary
Athletes opt in and log on their own time. Nothing is mandated, nothing is scheduled by a coach.
Coach stays clear
The coach never assigns the work, so there's nothing countable to count.
The leaderboard does the accountability
Individual and team rankings that move the moment someone logs. Your roster checks it the way they check a box score. No one is chasing anyone. The standing does it.

Make it a game
Captains create competitions in about a minute. Most miles run this week, completion percentage, whatever the team needs. Set a goal, pick the dates, and let the leaderboard run it. Conditioning, strength, academics, recovery and more.
Streaks and proof
Streaks reward showing up every day, and photo and video keep it honest. Points are earned, not claimed.
Teammates show up for each other
When the whole team can see who logged, accountability stops being top-down. It becomes the room.
What your compliance office will sign off on is a question for them, not for us. Nothing in RYVLZ forces you into either one.
